Our Story

Executive Committee

“The Irish People” is a fully registered political party established to bring together individuals who would normally run as Independent Candidates. By running under a common brand, shamrock logo (on the ballot paper) and shared principles, our aim is to increase their electoral chances. Rather than being bound by a strict party line, our members are encouraged to act, speak, and vote according to their own conscience once elected.

Our candidate for the Galway by-election is AJ Cahill.
